Supply of alcohol

You must be 18 years old or over to purchase alcohol as part of your limousine package. Be aware that all purchases of alcohol are subject to age verification, and a Challenge 25 policy will apply to all passengers prior to and/or during your booking. It is a criminal offence for anyone buying or attempting to buy alcohol for persons under the age of 18. Lavish Limos record all purchases made and refusals to supply alcohol. At the point of purchase and prior to the commencement of journeys the relevant age verification checks will be made, in accordance with Challenge 25, this will require the relevant individuals to produce PASS photo ID, passports or driving licences. Where a valid ID isn’t provided, alcohol will not be supplied, and refusals will be logged.

Whilst we can carry passengers of any age, if any of the passengers are under the age of 5 years old there must be a minimum of one adult (a person over the age of 18 years) also in the vehicle to take care of their safety.

There is a camera installed in the vehicle to protect you, your guests and our driver. There are several signs within the vehicle to make you aware of the CCTV. The only instance in which the footage will be used is if there is an incident and it is needed by the authorities or us as evidence.

Personal belongings

Any personal belongings bought with you should be done so at your own risk. Whilst we will do all we can to help you, we do not accept any liability should something get lost or damaged. If any personal belongings are left in the vehicle, we will contact you and it will be your responsibility to collect them from us.

Any damage caused to the vehicle, inside or outside, will be assessed by an independent garage and should there be any costs for repair, they will be invoiced to you accordingly and payment on receipt will be expected.
