Booking with us…

How much do you charge to hire the limousine?

We have a range of packages which you can see by clicking here, simply contact us via the website or get in touch via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for a no obligation quote.

How far in advance can I book?

We can take bookings for any date you require. We will contact you at least a week in advance (if not before) to go through the booking details so that you can be sure all is as you would like.

How can I make sure you have our booking detail correct?

Each hire has a booking form detailing your requirements, once finalised a copy will be emailed to you however a copy of this can be requested at any point.

If I’ve booked a return journey how does the driver know when to bring us back?

When you book you will need to arrange a specific pick up point and a time. The driver will have a mobile phone so should you wish to come home sooner you can but please note that the pick up cannot be delayed beyond the planned time. Our drivers are subject to strict driving times/ regulations and breaking these could result in a loss of licence. In the very rare event that passengers do not return to the limo as arranged the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes if his driving time allows, after that missing passengers will then be expected to make their own way home and at their own expense.

When do I need to make payment?

We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, the balance can then be paid anytime before hire takes place.

How can I make payments?

We can accept cash or BACS transfers. Alternatively, you could arrange to see us to make a debit/credit card payment via iZettle. We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Android Pay.

Can I get a refund if I cancel the booking?

You would forfeit the £50 deposit however any monies paid above this would be refunded back to you.

Can you provide a payment receipt?

Yes, we always generate an invoice and for those that pay by card we can also email a copy of the transaction receipt should you wish.

Is there an age limit?

Absolutely not, we can accommodate everyone however we do ask for at least one adult to supervise any children under the age of eight years.

What’s included…

Do you include balloons and/or banners?

Yes, we do, as part of the booking process we’ll ask you if you would like this and what the occasion is so that they can be chosen appropriately.

Do you include ribbons and bows for the limousine?

Yes, it’s most common for weddings however we have stock so should you want to add that little extra touch we can include them for your celebration just let us know when you confirm your booking

Is there alcohol included or should I bring my own?

It is included for those over the age of 18, as part of the booking process we will talk to you about your choice of drink. We can offer Champagne, Prosecco or Sparkling Rosé, if you would prefer something else then let us know and we can see what we can do. If the booking is for persons under the age of 18 we will include a non-alcoholic alternative suited to their age. Note that we cannot allow you to bring your own alcohol.

Can we bring novelty items with us?

We welcome fun party ideas however we ask that you consider anything that could be difficult to clean up as the limousine will need to be cleaned in a shorter period than usual in between bookings, we wouldn’t want to arrive with anything but a lavish limousine, we don’t want to disappoint any of our customers.

About the limousine…

How many people can travel in the limousine?

We can carry up to 16 passengers.

Does the limousine have wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, we don’t have wheelchair access however the driver will be more than willing to help the passenger into the limousine. We can then fold the wheelchair up for the journey and store it until we arrive at your destination.

Can we smoke?

No, our limousine is strictly no smoking and we would ask that you do not vape either. It’s a relatively small space and we want everyone that travels with us to enjoy their experience.

Do you have CCTV?

Yes – to protect you and us. Should anything happen to you or our limousine then the footage will be downloaded and used as evidence. If necessary, it may be provided to the police or ambulance services. The footage will only be stored should an incident occur, otherwise the recordings are looped and overwritten.

What music do you have available?

We have a Spotify premium account so there isn’t much you won’t be able to listen to. We’ll ask you when you make your booking what your preference is. Listening to your own music isn’t a problem either, we can connect your phone to our state-of-the-art Bluetooth system either before the booking or when we arrive.

How can I be sure you are legal to conduct private hires in the limousine?

Any vehicle can be operated for weddings and funerals without a licence however any vehicle suitable for eight passengers and less must obtain a company licence and a vehicle licence from the local council and the driver must also be licenced too, in the same way as a taxi. Any vehicle suitable for carrying up to 16 passengers doesn’t need any licences from the council however they must have an Operators Licence issued by the DVSA. About our drivers…

How can I be sure the drivers can drive the limousine?

As our limousine carries up to 16 passengers the law states that all drivers must hold a PSV licence (the same licence a bus driver would need) or have the “grandfather right” to drive a minibus. In addition to this, because it is a paid for service a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) must be held. The law also states that evidence of these must be carried with them at all times so you can ask the driver to see his licence or his CPC card.

Are the drivers DBS (previously CRB) checked?

Yes, all our drivers have a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate to allow them to work with children. A copy of these certificates is available on request.

Are the drivers first aid trained?

Yes, our drivers have current Emergency First Aid at Work qualifications to ensure that whilst you’re out and about you are in safe hands.

Can I tip the driver?

Yes, if you wish. We allow tips and the driver gets to keep the full amount, after all it is acknowledgement of their professionalism and good work.
